Sandcastle Beachfront Inn Policies

Reservations
We open Mid-May for the season and close after Columbus Day Weekend
Memorial Day - Labor Day 2 night minimum stay Sunday-Thursday and a 3 night minimum stay on weekends
-All holiday stays have a 3 night minimum stay
Off Season Beachfront Rooms have a two night minimum during weekends or event days

 Parking
-Parking is included for one vehicle per room. Parking is included after 12 pm on the day in check-in
-Parking and beach access end at 11 am the day you check out. Your vehicle must be removed from the lot at that time. 
-Additional vehicles may park in our over flow parking lot for an additional $60 per day (check in to check out beach parking is not included)
-Parking spots are assigned at check-in
-Vehicles that are not registered with the office will be towed from the property at the vehicle owners expense.

Cancellations

-$50 fee is charged for all cancellations from the date made until two weeks before check in 

-Within 14 days of the day of check in, a fee equal to the first night's stay will be charged
-Cancellation charges are non refundable 

Check-in & Check-Out
-You must be 21 or over to check into our hotel
-Check in time begins at 3 pm however rooms are not guaranteed t be available until 5 pm
-Check-out is at 11 am. Late checkout is not available.  

Payment Methods
-We accept cash, traveler's checks, money orders, Visa, Master Card, American Express or Discover
-We do not accept personal or business checks.

 Guest Policy
-We do not allow visitors on the beach or in the rooms. Use of the property is for Registered Guests only. You will be asked to leave without refund for bringing unregistered guests to the property.

There are no pets of any kind allowed on the property

Quite hours are from 11 pm to 7 am



There is no smoking in the rooms ($150 fee applies), smoking is only allowed on decks.
